About this Website
Why it was created
There are so many visitor information websites around that it is difficult to find the one which gives you what you want. Most websites are created by people who have something to sell and those for the tourism industry are no different. This Perthshire web site is different in one important aspect; I have no interest in promoting any particular business, only in helping visitors to the area to enjoy all that there is on offer. Any adverts carried are presented as unbiassed information and I will not carry any adverts which I feel are not entirely honest in the material presented.
I do this because:
I am retired and have plenty time to do this
I enjoy doing this
I have explored Perthshire for years and beleive that I know it well
I hate to see holidays ruined due to lack of, or misleading information
The information contained in these pages is to the best of my knowledge accurate but you should always check that attractions etc. are open and available before travelling.
